
ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Charlotte.
I understand that therapy can feel daunting, especially if it's your first time seeking support.
Whether you've been struggling for years or have only recently found yourself feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unlike yourself, my aim is to provide a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood and supported.
What I love most about this work is helping people make sense of experiences that may have felt confusing, frustrating or difficult to manage on their own. There is something incredibly rewarding about seeing clients develop greater confidence, self-understanding and freedom from the patterns that have been holding them back.
Originally from England, I am now based in Paris offering online sessions to clients worldwide.
MY APPROACH
My work is primarily based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT). Put simply, these approaches help us explore the connection between our thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
Together, we will look at the patterns that may be contributing to your difficulties, changing beliefs that no longer serve you and develop practical ways of responding to life's challenges more effectively.
Other therapeutic approaches I am able to offer include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure Response Therapy (ERP) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT)
While therapy can involve exploring the past should you wish, our focus will be primarily on helping you make meaningful change in the here and now.

The past may explain where we are today. It doesn't have to define where we go next. What matters is how we respond now.
